When we started eating local, we went to every stand at farmers’ markets, asking a battery of questions regarding how the food was grown, what farming methods were used, if animals were being treated humanely, what they were being fed, etc. You've got to ask the right questions...

Eat Where Your Food Lives: A Memorable Celebration

We just celebrated our 10th anniversary. Given our 100 mile diet, we planned on another home-cooked meal to commemorate this significant milestone.
